连花清瘟颗粒联合α1b干扰素治疗手足口病临床观察

Clinical observation on treating hand,foot and mouth disease by using Lianhuaqingwen granules combined with α1b interferon

目的观察连花清瘟颗粒联合α1b干扰素治疗手足口病的疗效和安全性。方法将168例手足口病患儿随机分为连花清瘟颗粒组(A组52例)、α1b干扰素组(B组55例)和连花清瘟颗粒联合α1b干扰素组(C组61例),观察发热,疱疹结痂和消退时间,转型病例数、肠道病毒转阴时间及住院天数。结果连花清瘟颗粒联合α1b干扰素在疱疹结痂和消退时间、肠道病毒转阴时间、平均住院天数均优于其他两组(P<0.01),而转型例数无统计学意义(P>0.05),也未发现其他副作用。结论连花清瘟颗粒联合α1b干扰素治疗手足口病疗效确切安全。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of treating hand, foot and mouth disease （ the HFMD） by using Lianhuaqingwen granules combined with α1 b interferon （ α1 IFN ）. Methods The 168 children suffering from the HFMD were divided into three groups： The Lianhuaqingwen granule group（ A group, has 52 cases） , the α1 IFN group（ B group, has 55 cases） and the Lianhuaqingwen granules combined with αlb interferon group（ C group, has 61 cases）. To observe the body temperature changes, the time of herpetiform scab forming and receding, the number of cases in transition, how long the time the enterovirus is negated and the days of hospitalization. Results On the area of shorten the time of herpetiform scab forming and receding, the time when the enterovirus is negated and the average days of hospitalization, the Lianhuaqingwen granule group combined with α1 b interferon group is better than the other groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. But the difference of the number of cases in transition was not significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Other side effects are not found by using the Lianhuaqingwen granule group combined with αlb interferon group. Conclusions On treating the HFMD, using Lianhuaqingwen granules combined with αlb interferon is efficative and safe.
