摘要
含二氮杂萘酮联苯结构聚芳醚是一类综合性能优异的耐高温热塑性树脂,可采用多种方式加工成型。与传统聚芳醚相比,具有低成本、优异的高温力学性能和良好的溶解性等优势,可作为基体树脂应用于制备复合材料。本文主要介绍了近几年在含二氮杂萘酮联苯结构热塑性聚芳醚树脂基复合材料方面的研究进展,包括玻璃纤维增强复合材料、碳纤维增强复合材料、粉末增强复合材料、耐磨复合材料和功能复合材料等,同时也包括基体树脂的化学和物理改性、填料的优选和复合材料制备工艺的设计等。研究结果表明,以该类聚芳醚热塑性树脂为基体的复合材料具有优异的综合性能,拥有广阔的应用前景。
Poly (aryl ether)s containing phthalazinone moiety are a series of high-temperature thermoplastic resins with high performance developed by our group, and can be processed in a number ways. They have many advantages including low cost, excellent mechanics properties at high temperature, and good solubility, compared with traditional poly(aryl ether)s. This article briefly introduces the recent progress in thermoplastic composites based on poly (aryl ether)s containing phthalazinone moiety, such as glass fiber reinforced composites, carbon fiber reinforced composites, powder reinforced composites, wear-resistant composites and functional composites. Moreover, the chemical and physical modification of matrix resin, optimization of fillers, and design of manufacture process for composites are also discussed. The thermoplastic composites have excellent comprehensive performance, and have wide application prospects.
