摘要
采用高温固相法制备了新型N a2SrS iO4:C e3+,Tb3+,Y b3+的近红外发光材料。对样品可见和近红外激发光谱、发射光谱及荧光寿命的研究表明,N a2SrS iO4:C e3+,Tb3+,Y b3+中存在高效的Tb3+→Y b3+的量子剪裁下转换效应,下转换量子效率约为182.4%。C e3+的共掺大大提高了样品的紫外光吸收,显著敏化了样品的近红外发光效率。研究了C e3+,Tb3+和Y b3+掺入量对其发光性质的影响。结果表明,当C e3+的浓度为2%,Tb3+的浓度为13%和Y b3+的浓度为16%时,样品的近红外发光最强。
Novel Na2SrSiO4:Ce3+,Tb3+,Yb3+ Phosphors were synthesized by high temperature solid state method.The visible and near-infrared excitation spectrum and emission spectrum as well as fluorescence decay curves were determined.Highly efficient down conversion efficiency of quantum-cutting in Tb3+→Yb3+ was confirmed in Na2SrSiO4:Ce3+,Tb3+,Yb3+ Phosphors,and the down conversion efficiency was measured to be 182.4%.The results indicated that absorption of UV light remarkably increased after addition of Ce3+,and the near infrared fluorescence intensity can be greatly sensitized.The effect of doping concentrations of RE3+(RE=Ce,Yb,Tb) on luminescent properties was investigated.When doping concentration of 2% for Ce3+,13% for Tb3+ and 16% for Yb3+,near infrared luminescence was strongest.
