比较分析黔产虫茶矿质元素及氨基酸含量 被引量:5

Comparative Analysis of Mineral Elements and Amino Acids of Insect Tea from Guizhou

摘要 测定贵州不同产地虫茶的微量元素和游离氨基酸含量,了解其变化规律;矿质元素采用原子吸收光谱和分光光度法测定,氨基酸采用氨基酸自动分析仪测定。黔产虫茶C a元素含量最高,为5687m g/kg,Cu含量最低,为13m g/kg,丝氨酸含量最高,为516m g/100g,蛋氨酸含量最低,为46m g/100g,不同产地虫茶矿质元素和游离氨基酸含量变化差异大,相对标准偏差在0.1691—0.6903之间。黔产虫茶矿质元素和游离氨基酸含量体现较好品质,但含量差异大。 The contents of trace elements and dissociative amino acids of insect tea in the different producing areas of Guizhou province were determined,and the change discipline of which was found out.The contents of mineral elements were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and spectrophotometry.The contents of amino acids were determined by amino acids automatic analyzer.The content of calcium of insect tea was 5687mg/kg,which was highest.The content of copper was the lowest of 13mg/kg.The content of serine was the highest of 516mg/100g,while the content of methionine was the lowest of 46mg/100g.The contents of mineral elements and dissociative amino acids among insect teas from the different producing areas of Guizhou varied significantly,and the RSDs were between 0.1691 and 0.6903.Insect tea in Guizhou has the good quality in contents of mineral elements and dissociative amino acids,but whose contents are large differences.
