碘化喹啉分光光度法测定软胶囊中的水合氯醛 被引量:1

Determination of Chloral Hydrate in Soft Capsule by Quinoline Iodide Spectrophotometry

摘要 根据水合氯醛与碘化喹啉在碱性条件下定量反应生成稳定的蓝色物质,建立了分光光度法测定软胶囊中水合氯醛的含量。水合氯醛浓度在1.00—9.00μg/mL范围线性良好,回归方程为y=0.052x+0.003,r=0.9999,相对标准偏差RSD为0.193%,平均回收率为99.8%(n=9)。方法简便快速,专属性好,重现性好,准确可靠。 A method for the determination of chloral hydrate in soft capsule by spectrophotometry was established,according to the quinoline iodide quantitative reacted with chloral hydrate in alkaline solution to produce a stable,blue cyanine dye.The good linear range of chloral hydrate concentration was 1.00—9.00μg/mL,and the regressive equation was y= 0.052x+0.003,r=0.9999 with RSD of 0.193%,yet the average recovery was 99.8%(n=9).The method is simple,rapid,good specificity,well reproducible,accurate and reliable.
