摘要
在碱性溶液中,N-溴代丁二酰亚胺可以氧化曙红Y产生化学发光,盐酸溴己新的存在可以显著地增强这一反应的发光信号。基于此,结合流动注射技术,优化了实验的条件,建立了测定盐酸溴己新的流动注射化学发光新方法。该方法测定盐酸溴己新的线性范围为7.0×1-0 6—3.0×1-0 4g/mL,检出限为3.2×10-6g/mL。对浓度为5.0×10-5g/mL盐酸溴己新溶液进行11次平行测定的相对标准偏差为3.0%。
The oxidation of eosin Y by N-bromosuccinimide produced chemiluminescence in alkaline condition.The chemiluminescence signal was greatly increased in the presence of bromhexine hydrochloride.Based on these observations,a new chemiluminescence method combined with flow injection technique was developed for the determination of bromhexine hydrochloride,and the experimental conditions were optimized.The linear range of bromhexine hydrochloride for the method between 7.0×10-6g/mL and 3.0×10-4g/mL with detection limit of 3.2×10-6g/mL,and RSD of bromhexine hydrochloride concentration of 5.0×10-5g/mL for 11 detection times was 3.0%.
