摘要
研究建立了用盐酸-硝酸混酸捕集主流烟气中铅和镉,并用原子吸收光谱法测定其含量的方法。对主流烟气中铅和镉的捕集条件和捕集液处理条件进行优化,并与常用的剑桥滤片法进行比较,对原子吸收光谱法测定主流烟气中铅和镉含量的回收率、精确度进行了试验,同时选取了5个烤烟型和1个混合型卷烟样品进行检测实验。结果表明:用10%盐酸+5%硝酸溶液捕集主流烟气中的铅和镉,捕集液水浴沸腾消解3h,原子吸收光谱法测定,平行测定相对标准偏差均小于10%,样品测定的相对标准偏差铅在5.3%—10.7%之间,镉在4.5%—10.1%之间;方法平均回收率铅为94.7%,镉为102.0%。
The lead and cadmium in mainstream smoke was captured with hydrochloric acidnitric acid mixed acid,and determinated by atomic absorption spectrometry.The capturing conditions of lead and cadmium from the mainstream smoke and treatment conditions of capture liquid were optimized,and this method was compared with Cambridge filter method.The recoveries and precision of lead and cadmium in mainstream smoke of cigarette were tested with atomic absorption spectrometry,and five virginia type and one mixture cigarette samples were detected by this method.The lead and cadmium of mainstream smoke were capture with 10% hydrochloric acid 5% nitric acid solution,and capture solution was digested with boiling water bath for 3h,the relative standard deviations were less than 10% for parallel determination,the relative standard deviations to the sample were 5.3%—10.7% for lead,4.5%—10.1% for cadmium,and the average recoveries were 94.7% for lead and 102.0% for cadmium.
