戊二醛交联硫代氨基脲树脂的合成 被引量:2

Synthesis of Chelating Resin of Glutaraldehyde Crossing Thiosemicarbazide

摘要 鉴于含硫、氮的鳌合树脂对贵金属A u(Ⅲ)的优良亲和性,以硫代氨基脲为原料,与戊二醛直接交联合成了一种新的螯合树脂,并优化了合成条件。实验结果表明,达到最佳吸附效果的合成条件为:物料摩尔配比n(硫代氨基脲)∶n(戊二醛)为5∶4、pH值为3.3、反应温度为80℃、反应时间为6h,在优化的实验条件下合成的新型螯合树脂对金的吸附容量可达到646.8m g/g干树脂。 In view of excellent compatibility of chelating resin containing sulfur,nitrogen ion on precious metals gold(Ⅲ),and a new chelating resin was synthesed from thiosemicarbazide and glutaraldehyde by direct cross-linking method,and the synthetic conditions were optimized,while the best conditions was n(thiosemicarbazide)∶n(glutaraldehyde)=5∶4 with pH of 3.3,and the temperature of reaction was 80℃,the time of reaction was 6h.The maximum adsorption capacity of gold was 646.8mg/g dry resin under the optimal experimental conditions.
