摘要
在H3PO4溶液中,甲醛强烈催化KB rO3氧化考马斯亮蓝褪色,确定了反应最佳条件,测定了反应级数、表观速率常数和表观活化能,确立了反应速率方程,探讨了反应机理,建立了一种测定甲醛的新方法。该方法的检出限为0.091μg/mL,线性范围为0—2.1μg/mL。方法选择性好,直接用于废水中甲醛的测定,结果满意。
In H3PO4 solution,formaldehyde had strong catalytic effect on the decolorizing reaction of potassium bromate oxidizing Coomassie brilliant blue.Based on this phenomenon,the optimum reaction conditions and reaction rate equations were confirmed.The order of reaction,apparent rate constant and the apparent activation were determined.The reaction mechanism was discussed.A new method for the determination of formaldehyde was established.The detection limitation was 0.091μg/mL,and the linear range of determination was from 0 to 2.1μg/mL.The method has good selectivity,and applied to determination of formaldehyde in wastewater samples with satisfactory results.
