摘要
用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法测定了石墨中的微量钙,并对测试条件等进行了考察,结果表明,在所选择的最佳仪器条件下,方法的检出限(LD)为0.3866μg/g,测定下限(LOD)为1.93μg/g,精密度(RSD,n=10)为0.347%—3.913%。经美国国家标准方法(A STM C 560-2005)分析验证,电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法测定的结果准确可靠。本法能够满足快速、准确测定石墨中杂质元素钙的要求。
The trace calcium in graphite was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectyometry(ICP-AES).The measuring conditions were investigated.The detection limit of the method was 0.3866μg/g,and the quantitation limit of the method was 1.93μg/g under the optimized instrument conditions.The reliability of the method was tested by an Americian National Standard(ASTM C 560-2005) test method and the results were in agreement with the certified values with precisions of 0.347%—3.913%(RSD,n=10).The method can meet the needs for fast and accurate determination of impurity element calcium in graphite.
