摘要
W indow s CE是一个多任务操作系统,具有占用资源少、实时性特点。CCD作为较高灵敏度的光电传感器被广泛应用在非接触位移领域和光信息测量中。提出通过W inCE多线程编程设计应用软件设计完成嵌入式系统和FPGA配合下的CCD驱动和数据采集;成功的应用在便携式光谱仪的设计中,给出了使用该软件所测得的光谱响应曲线。该软件系统模块化设计具有开放性和可移植性,方便修改可用于其他便携式智能化系统的测试系统。
Windows CE is a multitask operating system,that has real-time and running with low resource characteristics.CCD is applied abroad in the field of untouched shift or optical information measurement as photoelectricity sensor for its high sensitivity.The system of software with multithreading and the circuit with embedded SCM and FPGA for CCD drives and data collection were proposed.The application software was successfully used in the design of portable spectral photometer,and the spectral response curve was determined by this software.The modularize design method has characteristic of open and transplant.The software can be used in other portable intelligent measurement system by easily revised.
