浙产■木叶中槲皮素和山奈酚的含量测定 被引量:2

Determination of Quercetin and Kaempferol in the Leaves of Loropetalum Chinensis(R.Br.)Oliv.from Zhejiang

摘要 建立用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定浙产■木叶中槲皮素和山奈酚含量的方法。采用Eclipse XDB-C18柱;柱温:25℃;流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液(35∶65,V/V);流速1.0mL/min;检测波长360nm。结果表明,槲皮素、山奈酚在1—100ng/μL的范围内均具有良好的线性关系(r槲皮素=0.9998,r山奈酚=0.9999)。该法操作简单、准确,重复性好,可用于控制■木叶的质量。 A method based on reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography was developed to simultaneously determine the content of quercetin and kaempferol in the leaves of Loropetalum chinensis(R.Br.)Oliv.from Zhejiang.Eclipse XDB-C18 column was used at 25 ℃ with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid(35∶65) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL /min.The UV wavelength of detection was at 360nm.Quercetin and kaempferol were better in linear correlation between 1—100ng/μL(rQuercetin=0.9998,rKaempferol=0.9999).The method is very simple,accurate and with good reappearance,which can be used for quality control in the leaves of Loropetalum chinensis(R.Br.)Oliv..
