冷原子荧光光谱法测定3种中药材中的痕量汞 被引量:1

Determination of Trace Mercury in three kinds of Chinese Traditional Herbs by Cold Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要 采用硝酸-双氧水体系及高压消解法处理样品,建立了氢化物发生-冷原子荧光光谱法测定中药材中的痕量汞的测定方法,研究了仪器工作条件、介质酸及浓度、还原剂硼氢化钾浓度对测量结果的影响并进行了优化,在最佳实验条件下对3种云南产地中药材进行了测试,汞的校准曲线在0—10μg.L-1范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9999,方法的检出限为2.9ng.L-1,RSD为1.8%,测定的3种中药材中的汞含量为5.62—17.29ng.-g 1,加标回收率为90.3%—105.2%。 A hydride generation-cold atomic fluorescence spectrometry was developed for the determination of trace mercury in Chinese traditional herbs by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.A digestion system by HNO3-H2O2 under high pressure was applied for the pretreatment of the samples.The effect of operating condition of the instrument,acid in medium and their amounts,concentration of reducing agent KBH4 on the determination of mercury were studied and optimized.Under the optimum conditions,three kinds of Chinese traditional herbs in Yunnan was determined.There was a good linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity and mercury concentration in the range of 0—10μg·L-1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999,while the detection limit was 2.9ng·L-1,and the relative standard deviation was 1.8%.Trace total mercury in the samples was 5.62—17.29ng·g-1 and a recovery range of 90.3%—105.2% were obtained.
