应用流式细胞术检测原发免疫性血小板减少症患者血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅱb／Ⅲa的表达及其临床意义 被引量：4

摘要 免疫性血小板减少症（Primary immune thrombocytopenia，ITP）是一类由体液和细胞免疫异常导致血小板破坏增多的疾病。发病机制与免疫功能异常引起的自身抗血小板抗体产生关系密切。
