金属离子共掺杂TiO_2处理粉煤制气工艺氨氮废水

摘要 制备了Ag+、Cu2+、Fe3+掺杂及Ag+-Fe3+共掺杂、Cu2+-Fe3+共掺杂的TiO2光催化剂,用其处理粉煤制气工艺的氨氮废水。结果表明:单金属离子掺杂时Fe3+掺杂TiO2的催化活性最高,在紫外光照射4 h、温度30℃、通气量为0.25 m3/h的条件下,Fe3+的最优掺杂量(Fe3+与TiO2的质量比)为0.001%,其氨氮去除率为76.4%。共掺杂的最优组合为Ag+-Fe3+,其中Ag+为0.05%,Fe3+为0.001%,氨氮去除率为78.92%。 The TiO2 photoeatalyst doped with Ag^+、Cl^2+、Fe^3+ ,co-doped with Ag^+-Fe^3+ ,and Cu^2+-Fe^3+ for treating ammonia nitrogen wastewater from coal sasification process have been prepared. The results show that the TiO2 doped with Fe^3+ has the highest photocatalytic activity when doped with single metal ions. Under the conditions of UV irradiation 4 h, water temperature 30 23, and ventilation volume 0.25 m^3/h, the optimal doped quantity of Fe^3+ is 0.001%, and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate 76.4%. The optimal co-doped metal ions is Ag^+-Fe^3+, Ag^+ 0.05% and Fe^3+ 0.001%, and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate is 78.92%.
