微小RNA与器官纤维化研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 微小RNA(miRNA)是一类长21~25个核苷酸的内源性非编码小RNA,在转录后水平调控靶基因的表达。近年来研究发现,miRNA也参与了机体多个器官如心脏、肺脏、肾脏、肝脏、皮肤的纤维化过程。本文对miRNA生物学特征及其在脏器纤维化过程中的作用的相关研究进展进行综述。
