国营老厂区居民居住问题初探——兼谈重庆市廉租住房制度问题

Research on Housing Problems of Residents in Old State-owned Industrial Communities:The System of Low-rent Housing in Chongqing

在实地调研的基础上,本文介绍了国营老厂区居民居住生活现状,用数据展现了城市低收入居民的真实生活状况,总结出城市低收入居民住宅保障范围偏小,住房租赁补贴标准偏低的现实;同时基于对重庆市国营老厂区家庭的调查,作者发现仅依靠租赁补贴难以起到保障低收入家庭的居住权益,并由此引出对重庆市低收入居民住房保障制度的改进建议。

Based on the investigation,this paper introduces the situation of residents living in the old state-owned industrial communities, shows the real life status of the low-income urban residents with conclusive data,and summarizes the facts：indemnity of low-income urban residents is somehow limited and housing rental subsidy standard is low;At the same time,based on survey of family in old state-owned industrial communities in Chongqing,it finds that it＇s difficult to safeguard low-income families＇ living rights and interests only by rental subsidies.Then,it moves on to give suggestion for indemnity system of low-income urban residents of Chongqing.
