术中实时三维经食管超声心动图在临床应用的价值

摘要 术中超声在心外科手术中应用越来越广泛,该技术不仅可为手术方案的选择提供重要依据,而且能够即刻评价手术效果。术中实时三维经食管超声心动图(realtime three dimensional transesophogeal echocardiography,RT-3D—TEE)可为术者提供准确清晰的心脏立体结构图像,帮助术者了解病变的空间位置关系,具有实时、方便灵活、安全无创、定位准确、费用低廉等优点。
