摘要 过去十年，随着他汀类药物、有效的降压药（特别是血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂，ACEI）、钙拮抗剂和抗血小板药物的使用，冠心病的药物治疗疗效已经有了改善。此外，经皮冠状动脉介入术（PCI，包括直接PCI和补救性PCI）的进步已使急性心肌梗死。
