僵肢综合征一例 被引量：2

摘要 僵人综合征（stiff person syndrome，SPS）是一种罕见的、原因不明的中枢神经系统疾病，以躯体中轴部位为主的肌肉波动性、进行性僵硬伴阵发性痛性痉挛为特征，常与高水平的抗谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体（GAD—ab）相关。其变异型包括单下肢局限性受累的僵肢综合征（stiff limb syndrome，SLS）。现将我院收治的1例报道如下。
