胶质瘤的治疗策略 被引量:14

摘要 脑胶质瘤是一类瘤细胞起源、病理结构、生物学特性和临床症状都很特殊的肿瘤。肿瘤细胞对脑组织有很强的嗜居性,是人类为数不多的终位性恶性肿瘤。国内统计显示胶质细胞瘤占颅内肿瘤的35.26%~60.96%(平均44.69%)[1]。有资料表明,即使99.999%的肿瘤细胞被手术切除,残余的0.001%也会迅速增殖;由于脑是富血性器官,凭借丰富的血供,脑胶质瘤的增殖周期为3-7d。
