双带绊纽扣钢板治疗下胫腓联合损伤的临床研究

Clinical study of double endobutton technique in the treatment of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis rupture

目的探讨双带绊纽扣钢板治疗下胫腓联合损伤的疗效。方法自2008年2月～2010年1月,采用双带绊纽扣钢板治疗伴下胫腓联合损伤的踝关节骨折脱位14例。通过随访及标准的足踝功能评分,评估该治疗方法的疗效。结果 14例均获随访,随访时间13～35(16.1±2.3)个月。术后X线片均见踝穴正常。根据改良Baird-Jackson评价标准评定疗效,本组优10例,良4例。未发现有下胫腓联合固定失效现象。结论双带绊纽扣钢板治疗下胫腓联合损伤具有符合解剖生理要求、操作简单、避免手术取出等优点,避免了内固定物断裂等并发症。

Objective To discuss the surgical treatment of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis rupture with double endobutton technique.Methods From Feb.2008 to Jan.2010,fourteen patients with distal tibiofibular syndesmosis rupture were treated with double endobutton technique.According to the follow-up and Ankle-Hindfoot function score,the clinical outcomes of this method were evaluated.Results The follow-up period varied from 13 months to 35 months,with an average of 16.1±2.3 months.According to the Baird-Jackson score system,10 cases were graded as excellent,4 cases were graded as good.No fixation failure was observed.Conclusion Fixation of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis rupture with double endobutton technique may have several advantages including better consistency of physical requirements,more easy procedure,avoidance of removal and breakage of internal fixation.
