超高速小弹丸激光片光测速系统的研制及应用 被引量:1

摘要 为满足轻气炮实验中对超高速小弹丸的测速需求,研制了一套激光片光测速系统.系统采用片光压缩技术、光谱滤光技术以及电路滤波和宽带放大技术,解决了超高速小弹丸测速成功率低和易受干扰的问题,测速信号具有较高的信噪比。在轻气炮实验中,该系统实现了对高速小弹丸的速度测量,与激光光束遮断法对比,测量结果的不一致性小于1%,系统的测量不确定度小于1%,可以满足轻气炮实验中对超高速小弹丸的测速需求。 In order to satisfy the demands of velocity measurement of hypervelocity small projectile in light gas-gun experiment, a novel laser sheet detection system was developed. In the system a series of technologies such as laser sheet compression, narrow band spectrum filtering, frequency notch filtering and broad band amplification were taken to solve the problem of low probability and liability to disturbance in velocity measurement of hypervelocity small projectile, and high signal-noise ratio was achieved. Typical light gas-gun experiments indicate that the system has realized the velocity measurement of hypervelocity small projectile. Results show that the real-time monitoring result inconsistency of projectile velocity between the laser sheet system and the laser beam cover system is less than 1%, and the system uncertainty is also less than 1%. This implies that the system can meet the velocity measurement requirement of hypervelocity small projectile in light gas-gun experiment.
