Experimental Study of Bearing Behavior for Rigid Pile Composite Foundation

摘要 为了提高刚性桩复合地基的承载力,提出了在桩顶粘贴一块10mm厚的聚苯乙烯泡沫板,在泡沫板上铺设150mm厚砂垫层的一种新型构造形式。通过对山东省东营市伟浩中央花园预应力混凝土管桩复合地基的一系列现场载荷试验,对竖向荷载作用下预应力管桩单桩复合地基承载特性进行了研究。结果表明,桩顶粘贴聚苯乙烯泡沫板,并在泡沫板上铺设砂垫层的新型构造形式,加强了桩-土之间的共同作用,使桩间土承载力得到了很好的发挥,并且有效降低了复合地基的沉降量,取得了比较理想的效果。 In order to improve the bearing capacity of rigid pile composite foundation, a new type of construction was proposed, that is a 10mm thick polystyrene foam board was paste on the top of a pile, and a 150ram thick sand cushion was placed on the board. A series of field-load tests of composite foundation for prestressed concrete pipe pile was carried out in Wei" Hao Central Park of Dongying city. Study was focused on the bearing capacity of prestressed concrete pipe pile foundations subjected to vertical loads. Results indicate that pile with polystyrene foam board pasted on the top and with a sand cushion placed on the board, can strengthen the interaction between pile and soil, therefore improve the bearing capacity between soil and pile, at the same time reduce the settlement amount of single pile composite foundation.
