摘要以2%可溶性淀粉为唯一碳源的改良查氏液体培养基诱导发酵外生菌根食用菌松口蘑[Tricholoma matsutake(S.Ito et Imai)Sing.];采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸(DNS)比色法检测到松口蘑产生淀粉酶,其活力为0.226U/mL,约为香菇(Lentinula edo-des)淀粉酶活力的7%。结果证明了松口蘑水解利用淀粉的能力,展示了人工驯化松口蘑的潜力。
