迁移型钢筋阻锈剂试验研究

Experimental study on migrating corrosion inhibitor for steel bar

新开发的迁移型钢筋阻锈剂(MCI),既可内掺,又可外涂。从气相防锈、对砂浆性能的影响、砂浆表面涂刷防锈、渗透性及其适应性等几个方面对其进行了系统研究,结果表明:其阻锈效果优异,达到同类产品水平;具有较强的迁移能力,3 d的迁移深度在25 mm以上;同减水剂复配,具有良好的相容性。

A kind of migrating corrosion inhibitors （MCI） was invented,which can be mixed into concrete or impregnated.A serial of experiments were carried out, including vapor phase protection of corrosion, effects on the properties of mortar, impregnating protection of corrosion, migrating, and adaptability to water reducer.Results show that the effects of corrosion protection are equal to congener products;migrating depth can be up to 25 mm after 3 days; favorable adaptability to water reducer.
