摘要 针对挡潮闸面临的耐久性问题,系统研究大掺量磨细矿渣混凝土的物理力学性能、耐久性能和热学性能。在掺量磨细矿渣混凝土中,使用活化剂改善混凝土和易性和体积稳定性,并提高早期强度。使用强纶纤维改善大掺量磨细矿渣混凝土的抗拉与抗裂能力。配制的大掺量磨细矿渣混凝土具有优良的抗氯离子侵蚀、抗硫酸盐侵蚀、延缓钢筋锈蚀等耐久性能,并具有较高的体积稳定性和抗裂能力、低的早期放热速率和最终绝热温升。试验研究表明:大掺量磨细矿渣混凝土是解决挡潮闸结构耐久性问题的可行技术方案。 To improve structure durability of coastal floodgate, mechanical property, durability and thermal property of high-volume ground granulated blast-furnace slag(GGBS) concrete were investigated.Activator was used to improve workability, volume stability and early strength of high-volume GGBS concrete.Fibre was used to improve concrete resistivities to tensile and crack.High-volume GGBS concrete had good resisting properties of chloride ion penetration, sulfate corrosion and steel-bar rustiness.It had good resistivity to crack with good volume stability and tensile proerty,low heat liberation rate and adiabatic temperature rise.It is proved by experimental investigation that high-volume GGBS concrete is a viable technical measure to solve theeoastal floodgate durability.
