摘要
针对闽南地区花岗岩机制砂配制不同强度等级的泵送混凝土试块,按照CECS 02:2005《超声回弹综合法检测混凝土强度技术规程》的标准方法分别测试14、28、60、90、180、360 d混凝土试块的声速值、回弹值和破损强度值,并选用指定的幂函数模型来拟合声速、回弹和实际抗压强度三者之间的关系。最后通过回归分析建立闽南地区机制砂泵送混凝土超声回弹综合法测强曲线。
In view of South Region ofFujian, granite machine-made sand is made to different strength levels of the pumped concrete briquettes. According to the standard method of Technial Speeia-fication for Detecting Strength of Concrete by Ultrasonic-rebound Combined Method (CEC 02 : 2005 ), the concrete briquettes' sound velocity value, rebound value and damaged strength value are tested by 14,28,60,90, 180,360 d. The specified power function model is selected to analyse the relation among the sound velocity, rebound and the actual compressive strength.The final regressive analysis is used to establish the machine-made sand pumped concrete ultrasonic-rebound combined method-strength-measuring curve for Minnan Region .
