摘要
江苏省崇启长江公路大桥主桥为102 m+4×185 m+102 m连续钢箱梁桥,185 m钢箱梁吊装施工采用自平衡吊索具系统、2艘大型浮吊同步抬吊的方式起吊。为保证大跨、超重(2 600 t)钢箱梁构件能够安全顺利安装到位,对钢箱梁吊装施工准备阶段及实施阶段进行监理控制。以安全监理控制为重心,施工准备阶段监理主要是审查钢箱梁的架设方案、现场监理吊索具的制造和试验情况、检查验收大型浮吊的船机设备及特殊工作人员的上岗证,并对浮吊进行实际操作演练等。实施阶段监理主要对钢箱梁的装船、运输、吊装、调位和临时连接进行检查。
The main bridge of Chongqi Changjiang River Highway Bridge in Jiangsu Province is a (102 +4× 185 +102) m continuous steel box girder bridge, the hoisting construction of the 185 m steel box girder was carried out by using a self-balancing hoisting cable rigging system and by the hoisting way of synchronous lifting by 2 large-scale floating cranes. To ensure the safe and smooth installation of the members of the long span and the very weighty steel box girder (2 600 t), the preparatory stage and implementation stage of the hoisting construction of the steel box girder were supervised and controlled. Taking the safety supervision control as the core, the main work of supervision in the preparatory stage of construction was to review the erection scheme of the steel box girder, supervise the fabrication and testing condition of the hoisting cable rigging in field, check and accept the shipping equipment of large-scale floating cranes and the work license of the special personnel and make practical operation exercise for the floating cranes. While in the implementation stage, the main work of supervision was to check the shipping, delivery, hoist- ing, position adjusting and temporary connection of the steel box girder.
