摘要
经认真分析、研究和总结,将人工控制AOD精炼系统改进为计算机控制的AOD精炼智能控制系统,并分析其优越性和AOD精炼工艺过程中控制系统的PID运算过程。通过对生产实践数据进行统计和汇总,证明改进后的系统是成功的,控制系统得到了优化。
The artificial controlled AOD refining system was improved to the computer-controlled intelligent control system. Its advantages and the PID arithmetic of the control system during AOD refining process were analyzed. The statistic and summarization of the practical production data certified that the improved control system was successfully optimized.
