摘要
大学专业人员介入教学实践,不仅对教学实践的理论进行阐释,而且与教学实践者进行对话与建构,从而推进教学实践经验的自觉与运用。本文以何以聪对语文导读法跟踪研究为例,指出他从行动者立场对语文导读法的结构体系、实践艺术及个性风格的阐释,及表现出来的相互间平等与尊重、互相信赖的立场,建构的评传与述评的话语体例,理解与鉴赏的评价取向等,都充分表现出专业人员介入教学实践的应有的品质与智慧,对当前语文教育研究具有一定的参考价值。
Involving in teaching practice, the professionals not only interpret the theory of teaching practice , but can carryon dialogues with the teachers ,thus promote the construction and application of teaching theories. Based on He Yicong ' s tracking research on the Chinese guidance teaching method , this essay explores the systematic structure, artistic practice and individual style of Chinese guidance teaching method in his perspective. Apart from that ,it discusses the stand embodied in the mutual respect , equality and reliance between the professionals and the teachers , the constructional style of critical biography and review and the value orientation of the comprehension and appreciation , all of this show the necessary ability and wisdom professionals need while involving in teaching practice. This research can be referable for the study of Chinese education
