摘要
用伺服比例阀取代A4VSO电液比例泵的变量控制系统中的伺服阀或比例阀,合理选取了关键的电液元件,构建了A4VSO电液比例泵的变量控制系统,并在不同的压力下,进行了泵排量和流量的性能测试。试验结果表明:采用伺服比例阀控制的变量控制系统,控制精度高,可靠性高,可使泵的排量、流量分别与控制信号保持良好的比例关系。
An adjustment system regulated by servo-proportional valve for electro-hydraulic proportional variable displacement pump A4VSO is established and studied in this paper.The servo-proportional valve replaces traditional servo valve or proportional valve in the adjustment system,meanwhile some important electro-hydraulic components are chosen properly.The pump performance tests about displacement and output flow are made under different pressures.Experimental results indicate that the adjustment system controlled by servo-proportional valve is characterized with higher precision and higher reliability,which enables the displacement and output flow of pump A4VSO to maintain proportional to the control signal respectively.
