摘要 针对某款三辐式摩托车铝合金车轮应用有限元前后处理软件Hypermesh建立了车轮的有限元模型并用MSC-Nastran软件进行了有限元分析,验证了该结构存在的冲击强度不足问题,并提出了改进方案。对几种方案的分析比较表明:增加辐板的数量能改善车轮的冲击载荷应力分布;直线辐板结构比曲线辐板结构具有更好的抗冲击能力。 The pre-processing Hypermesh software was used to establish the finite element model for the designed disc motorcycle wheel of aluminium alloy,and the FEA was made by using the MSC-Nastran software,the lack of structural impact strength was verified,and the improvement scheme were proposed.Based on the comparative analysis of the different schemes,it was concluded that the stress distribution to undergo impact load can be improved through by increasing the number of radial plate,and the straight structure of radial plate has a higher impact resistance.
