摘要
要在医用电梯载重量大的特点的前提下要提高运行速度,达到1.6 m/s,并且要做到运行平稳,那么在医用电梯配置设计时首先应该先进行设计计算,这样才能保证在电梯安装调试与验收时不会出现曳引力不足打滑溜车、导轨强度不够产生轿厢震动等这样或那样的问题。以1.6 m/s中分医用电梯为例,按照《电梯制造与安装安全规范》(2003版)新标准规定对曳引条件、悬挂绳的安全系数计算及导轨受力计算等电梯关键参数进行设计计算及分析,从而得出较为科学合理的传动机构和正确的尺寸参数。
In order to increase the running speed of a heavyweight medical elevator to 1.6m/s and smooth running,we should first design and calculate its configuration design,thus avoiding its slipping due to the lack of gravitation and car shake caused by insufficient strength.Taking a 1.6 m/s midsplit medical elevator as an example and following the new standards in safety rules for the construction and Installation of Electric Lifts(2003 Version),we design and calculate such key parameters of the medical elevator as traction force,safety coefficients of its suspension ropes and the load of its linear motion rolling guide,thus obtaining its reasonable transmission mechanisms and correct parameters and providing a solid theoretic basis for its production,installation and acceptance.
