摘要
将虚拟样机技术应用于轻型带式输送机驱动装置设计,建立V带传动驱动装置虚拟样机,并联接输送带系统进行联合仿真。结果表明虚拟样机运行与真实工况相符合,验证了轻型带式输送机驱动装置虚拟样机的正确性,并实现了原型机的部分功能,但与驱动装置原型机还存在一定的差距。
In this study,virtual prototyping (VP) technology was applied to design method of light belt conveyor driving device, and the V belt driving device VP was established. The VP and the conveyor belt system were linked to run the joint simulation in virtual environment. In conclusion, the simulation results are in accord with the real working state, and show the correctness of the driving device VP. To some extent, the VP achieves some of the functions of the prototype. However, there is a certain gap between the VP and the physical prototype. And the more in-depth study is still needed in VP of light belt conveyor V belt driving device.
