摘要
PLC作为工业控制自动化技术的核心,应用十分广泛,如果配以触摸屏与变频器,更能进一步提升自动化程度。文章以单台异步电动机的变频控制为例,介绍了系统的构成、变频器参数的设置、PLC程序与西门子触摸屏设计的过程和方法。该系统具有界面直观、实时动态性能良好、操作方便等特点,具有较高的推广价值。
As the core of industrial control automation technology, PLC is widely used, if coupled with touch screen and inverter, it is even more powerful, to further enhance the degree of automation. In this paper, a single asynchronous motor with frequency control is taken as an example, some aspects are introduced, such as the system structure, inverter parameter settings, PLC program with siemens touch screen design process and methods. The system has an intuitive interface, real-time dynamic performance good, easy to operate characteristics, with the promotion of high value.
