摘要
文章介绍了工程量清单计价模式的特点,并以华东交通大学校区建设工程为例说明了清单模式下各阶段造价控制管理的方法,对工程量清单计价中存在的问题也进行了说明.
Characteristics of the mode of valuation under the bill of quantity is described in this article. And combined with construction projects of campus of East China Jiaotong University, the method of cost management at each stage is discussed. Meanwhile the problems in bill of quantity valuation are also discussed.
