煤炭供应链的管理目标是实现均衡协调供给,文章根据煤炭供应链的结构及特点,指出煤炭供应链的协同应提高物流、资金流、信息流3个基本要素的协同,构建以Internet实现信息共享及供应链的知识一体化平台,从事运输协同、库存管理协同策略;并根据核心企业在供应链中的不同位置将煤炭供应链分成3类,不同类型的供应链有不同的供应链协同重点。
