摘要
在以多元文化为显著特征的当今时代,文化的多元与价值的相异日渐凸显。任何一个国家、任何一所学校既不能坚守本国文化而绝对排斥他国文化,也不能盲目移植别国的先进文化、照抄别国学校的道德教育来推进本国的文化建设和道德教育。因此,延续和拓展何种文化价值观,秉持和倡导何种道德精神,势必成为多元文化背景下道德教育的艰难抉择。作为一种文化现象,道德教育既要弘扬民族文化和培育民族精神,又要吸收与借鉴多元文化的先进成果,进而创造新的文化范式和本土道德。于是,兼有二者属性的制度安排便自然地回应了这一两难诉求,成为多元文化视域中道德教育的应有之义。
In the present era with multi -culture as remarkable feature,the multiple culture and different value have become increasingly prominent. Any country and school can neither stick to their own culture and absolutely reject other cultures,nor blindly transplant foreign advanced culture and copy the moral education experience in other countries schools to boost their cultural construction and moral education. Therefore, continuing and expanding what cultural values ,grasping and advocating what kind of" ethics spirit,bound to become a tough decision of moral education under the background of multi -culture. As a kind of cultural phenomenon, moral education should not only carry but also absorb and refer to advanced achievements native morality. So the institutional arrangement of forward national culture and cultivate the national spirit, of multi -culture,and create new cultural paradigm and both attributes will naturally responded to this dilemma appeals, become the essence of moral education in the multi -cultural context.
