人体器官图像的多层透明可视化方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的对人体器官感兴趣组织图像实施分割,实现器官、肿瘤等的三维透明图像,为临床诊断提供帮助。方法 利用MATLAB软件在PC机上执行标准的形态学图像处理与分析技术,对阈值分割后的组织进行后处理,运用梯度传输函数将重组后体数据梯度化设置,实现器官的多层透明可视化。结果实验结果表明,该方法能够在PC机上方便、快捷地生成清晰的三维图像,并且能够在保留相关环境信息的同时很好地观察其内部组织结构,还可以对感兴趣组织进行定性、定量分析。 Objective Through interesting organ segmentation,realize organ and tumor 3D transparent visualization and give clinical support.Methods Use personal computer to conduct morphology image process,technical analyses,process threshold segmented tissue and set grade by using grade trans-function to give organ multilayer transparent visualization.Results Experimental results demonstrated that using this method on the personal computer can conveniently and fast to construct 3D image and retain relating environmental information and at same time can also observe internal organ construction,qualitatively and quantitatively.
