The problems in managing medical devices are more prominent after issuing to the departments just because of the non-perfect management system,weak management and devices management staff shortage.To establish and cultivate the department devices managers could make best use of theirs effects and advantages,however,which brings the new challenge for the devices management department at the same time.The purpose is the safe operation,risk prevention and cost control.
