基于皮托管的流场测试系统开发

摘要 针对流场测量采集数据处理复杂的特点,设计了基于单片机的数据采集系统,以满足多变的测试需求的基础环节;在介绍了测试原理后,给出了硬件模块及接口间的设计思路和工作过程,重点分析了软件设计流程;通过流场校验试验和测量试验,对五组压力传感器采集到的数据进行处理,验证采集系统的稳定性和流场测量装置的性能;试验结果表明:测试系统实现了对三维伴流场的测量和对传统传感器的身份识别,并提高了测试的效率;为进一步实现对其他传感器及测试系统的改造提供基础。 Withregard to the trait that the data processing of flow field measurement is complicated, designed data acquisition system based on MCU when changeable requirements of testing must be satisfied. Introduced the principles of the testing, the paper gives the idea of design and the course of work between hardware modules and interface, especially analysed how to design the course of software, The collected data from five groups of pressure sensors can be disposed by evaluating stability of data acquisition system and performance of flow measurement device in the context of flow field calibration testing and measurement testing. The results showed that: testing system which this paper designs, realizing the three--dimensional flow field measurement and the identification of traditional sensors, and improving the efficiency of the testing. The system provides the foundation for the transform of other sensors and test system.
