摘要 为实现农业生产的自动控制,开发了基于物联网的农业生产过程智能控制系统;系统基于物联网全面感知、可靠传输及智能控制三层架构设计,并采用模块化结构开发了结构灵活、通用性强的感知节点、传输节点及智能控制节点;感知节点通过标准的数字量和模拟量接口与传感器连接,传输节点采用了适于不同距离的传输模块,控制节点设计采用了控制终端与操作终端分离的设计方式;整个系统结构灵活,可扩展性强,可根据现场情形快速构建起适合的智能控制系统;实际运行结果表明:系统工作稳定可靠,适于多种农业生产过程的自动控制。 To achieve the automatic control of agricultural production, an intelligent control system was designed for agricultural produc- tion procedure based on the internet of things. This system is based on a comprehensive perception, reliable transmission and intelligent con- trol three--tier architecture of the internet of things, and the modular structure is adopted to develop the perceptive nodes, transmission nodes, and intelligent control nodes which have flexible structures and strong versatility. The perceptive node connects with sensors through standard digital and analog interface, the transmission node adopts module which is adequate for different distance transmission, and the con- trol node is divided into control terminal and operation terminal. As to the Structural flexibility and scalahility, an intelligent control system can be quickly built according to a specific situation. Experimental result indicated that the system is stable and reliable, and can be suitable for a variety of the agricultural production procedure automatic control.
