摘要
双螺杆挤出压片机的螺杆电机由于受到负载的非线性影响,使得压片机系统的鲁棒性较差;根据模糊控制器对参数变化不敏感,鲁棒性强的优点,采用模糊控制器来控制螺杆电机调速,可提高螺杆电机的鲁棒性,改良双螺杆挤出压片机的机器性能;通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真软件,建立一个带有模糊控制器的双螺杆挤出压片机螺杆直流电机控制系统模型;仿真试验表明,模糊控制器在电机调速中的应用是可行的;该方法改良了电机调速系统的性能,提高了压片机控制系统的适应能力和鲁棒性。
The speed of twin--screw sheeters'screw is affected by load in nonlinearity. So the twin screw sheeter has worse robustness. On the basis of the advantages that, fuzzy controller not sensitive to the parameters' change and its robustness is very good, adopting fuzzy controller to control screws' motor adjusting speed. It can improve screws' motor' s robustness, and improve twin--screw sheeters' machine performance. By using MATLAB/Simulink to set up a model of twin--screw sheeter machine's DC motor with fuzzy controller, it in- dicates that, fuzzy controller can be applied to improve motor adjusting speed. This method improves motor control system' s performance, and promotes control system~ s adaptability and robustness.
