摘要 提出通过构建直升机健康管理系统(HUMS),对整个直升机的运行状态进行实时监控,及时发现并预测故障,为操作人员和维修人员提供技术支撑;介绍了该系统的发展历程和趋势,提出了HUMS系统的总体方案;设计了开放式体系架构的HUMS处理单元,分布式体系架构的地面站和无线数据传输通信系统;对构建我国直升机HUMS系统提供了一定的参考价值。 In this article, we put forward the establishment of HUMS of helicopter which can monitor operating condition of helicopter instantly, find and predict faults, and provide maintenance policy for servicemen. First, we give an overview of development history and trend of HUMS. Second, we have proposed an overall solution of HUMS. Finally, we have designed processing unit of HUMS which has an opening architecture, distributed architecture ground station and wireless data communication system. What we have done above provides a certain reference to establishment of HUMS of our country' s helicopters.
