摘要
针对电容层析成像(ECT)系统体积大,成本高等缺点,开发了基于ARM9处理器的低成本嵌入式电容层析成像(ECT)系统;该系统以嵌入式Linux系统作为软件开发平台,采用MiniGUI实现图形用户界面操作并对整机进行控制;系统采用八电极ECT传感器作为测量装置,在文章构建的嵌入式ECT系统平台上采用LBP算法实现图像重建;实验结果表明该嵌入式系统运行稳定,能实现图像重建,并具有体积小、功耗低、使用简便等特点,目前已应用于ECT实验数据的测试和分析中。
A low--cost embedded Electrical Capacitance Tomography (ECT) based on ARM9 processor is developed to solve its short- comings of big volume and high-- cost in industrial application. An embedded Linux operating system is used as a software development plat- form for ECT system. The graphical user interface is designed by using MiniGUI and it controls the system. System uses eight--electrode ECT sensor as a measuring device. LBP image reconstruction algorithm is used in the embedded ECT system. The results of experiment show that system software platform is stable, and image reconstruction can he realized. The embedded ECT system has the advantage of small size, low power consumption and has been used in the testing and analysis of experimental data.
