美国注册学徒制:演进过程与内部机理 被引量:6

摘要 注册学徒制是一项基于行业需求制定的兼有在职培训和理论教学内容的正规职业培训计划,目的是培养满足特定职业各方面需求的技能人才。它包含在职学习、相关课堂教学、组织认证证书、以及学徒工与雇主之间签订的协议所规定的所有内容,因其协议要在相关管理部门进行注册备案而得名。注册学徒制在当今美国教育与培训体系中具有重要的地位和作用,与社区学院、四年制大学及职业培训共同成为美国人才培养的四种主要机制和模式。
