摘要
三电池结构与沉积方法
碲化镉薄膜电池分为衬底朝上(阳光入射方向)和衬底朝下两大类结构。衬底朝上是目前用得最多的结构。其生长过程是在玻璃衬底上顺序沉积透明导电氧化物(TCO)、硫化镉、碲化镉以及金属背电极层。
