中西医结合治疗脑出血术后肠梗阻36例临床观察

Clinical observation of ileus in postoperative cerebral hemorrhage treated with integrative medicine 36 cases

目的探讨中西医结合治疗脑出血术后肠梗阻的效果。方法病例选自2006年3月—2010年10月宝丰县人民医院和贵阳医学院附院住院的脑出血微创术后并发肠梗阻病人72例,随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各36例。对照组留置胃管持续胃肠减压,温肥皂水灌肠,静滴甲氰咪胍、补液支持治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上加服中药,自拟行气通腑汤。结果对照组总有效(80.56%),治疗组总有效率(94.44%),P<0.05,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗脑出血微创术后并发肠梗阻有一定的优势。

Objective To investigate the effects of integrative medicine on ileus with cerebral hemorrhage in postoperative.Methods From March 2006 to October 2010 Baofeng People’s Hospital and Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang Medical College of minimally invasive surgery of cerebral hemorrhage in 72 cases of ileus were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group 36 cases each.Control group： continuous gastrointestinal decompression indwelling gastric tube,warm soapy water enema,intravenous cimetidine,fluid support treatment.The treatment group received additional services on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine,Xingqitongfu decoction.Results The total effective rate in the control group（80.56%）,the total effective rate in treatment group（94.44%）,P〈0.05,treatment group better than fhat of the control group.Conclusions The treatment of Integrative medicine for ileus with cerebral hemorrhage in postoperative has certain advantages.
