参麦与硝酸甘油治疗心力衰竭疗效观察

Curative effects of shenmai injection and Nitroglycerin in treatment of heart failure

目的探讨参麦注射液联合硝酸甘油治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择西安惠安医院2009年2月—2011年3月收治的心力衰竭患者90例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组45例,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予硝酸甘油治疗;治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予参麦注射液和硝酸甘油治疗。7d为1个疗程,2组均连续治疗2个疗效。治疗前后测定左室摄血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短分数(LVFS)、每搏输出量(SV)和每分钟心排出量(CO)等心功能指标;测定两组治疗前后的血液流变学指标;评定临床疗效;统计不良反应发生率。结果治疗组治疗后的LVEF、LVFS、SV以及CO均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗后的各血液流变学指标也明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组临床显效率和总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参麦注射液联合硝酸甘油治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效确切,不良反应小,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of shenmai injection and Nitroglycerin in treatment of the heart failure.Methods We choosed 90 cases who were the heart failure patients from February 2009 to March 2011 in our hospital,and were divided into the treatment group and control group randomly,control group used the Nitroglycerin treatment,and on this base,treatment group was given the Shenmai injection.Before and after treatment,determinated the LVEF,LVFS,SVand CO index of two groups and assessed the clinical curative effect.Results The LVFS,SV,CO and LVEF of the treatment group were significantly better than those the control group（P〈0.05）,the hemorheology indices of the treatment also was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;The treatment group clinical effective rate was higher than that of control group significantly（P〈0.05）;Adverse reaction rate of two groups had not significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusions Shenmai injection jointing the Nitroglycerin in treatment for heart failure have good effective,and adverse reaction was very small,so should be popularization.
